I have done body max 2 gazillions of times. I usually do scrambled eggs, followed by upper body and abs. However, my ankles are rather sore today, and I would like to cut the cardio down somewhat. I don't however want to lose too much intensity. Is the bootcamp premix challenging? I know how much cardio is involved, and it seems a really good premix. How do you rate the premix??
Another point... does anyone have any theories why my ankle (right one) should get aggravated by cardio so often?
