Bootcamp killer rotations ideas needed.....

I need help and/or advice, suggestions, anything!!!

Here's the deal......I'm going to put together a killer bootcamp rotation for a month for my aerobics class. Something that will get them geared up for summer. What I need are suggestions and ideas to put this all together. I want to make sure and tell them to eat enough, get good sleep, etc. How many days cardio? How many days strength? Most of them want to lose weight.

Any ideas or help would be great, I just don't want to miss anything }( .
