High repetition endurance workout with a barbell. You lift with the music -- that is very good actually -- at different counts, 2 up 2 down, then 3 up 1 down, 1 up 1 down, etc. You do only one muscle group during one song. I like Body pump, but you need to pick the right weight to challange yourself enough.
Cathe's Power Hour is similar but definitely harder, though the music is not as good. PH is also longer, Body Pump is not more then 35 min maybe. Jari Love's Getting Ripped is also good, very similar to Body Pump with very good music. CIA Powerbar Training is also a good one, about the same level as PH if not harder.
