Blast off some pounds

Suggestions needed.....

Should I do:

Jan 2006 Let's Work rotation or
Aug 2005 Bootcamp rotation

subbing in other cardio for running and changing some workouts appropriately to the new workouts.

Who did both? Which gave you better fat loss results and more definition?

Just bumping in hopes to get opinions between the two rotations and results from each. I'm hoping to start one this Sat so my rest days are Fridays.

I think it depends on where you are with your fitness right now. I know the Bootcamp rotation is VERY advanced and may be overkill if you don't already work out consistently with Cathe.
 
Hi! Currently I work out to Cathe, doing Cardio 5 days per week and strength training as well, workouts from 1 - 3 hours per day. Ate and drank too much during the Holidays, felt sluggish during my workouts, so looking to get into one to blast off @ 3 - 5 pounds and really tone up.

In that case, you're probably best to go with the Bootcamp rotation. I haven't done it but when it was first posted, lots of people here did and I recall they had really good results.
