You can't go wrong with either program. Currently, I do the Burn the Fat because I like it's simplicity and timing of the meals. Basically it's small meal with lean protein, fibrous carb or starchy carb every 3 hours. But that's where it takes time to plan your meals, grocery shop, etc. I guess you'll be doing that with either program! BFL seems to place a lot of emphasis on supplements and BTF emphasizes eating clean (requires preparation and planning) over supplements (fast & easy).
I've had great success with BTF, but like any program, I'm stuck in a plateau and have to figure out what it's going to take to get this body in fat burning mode again.
