Hey Susan,i lost some inches with B&G's early this year,i just don't like those darn one legged squats:+. Ive heard that legs and glutes is similar to LL?

Susan - I think Brett is going to choose Daisy. I think the other one, is it Amber?, is the better choice because she seems more mature & stable, but I'm sure that isn't really what he's into!! Definetly something going on with that hairdo, though. Strange...

Amelia - that bean dip sounds awesome! I also like the idea of adding banana extract to that bread. I'm gonna have to get some of that the next time I'm at the store. :9
