Hey girls,

I am done with my UB workout!:p;) I hope I will get my cardio in for today:eek::eek:

Yesterday I picked up some DVD's from the Army library. One is Karen Voight "Get strong and lean & limber" circuit training workout! The other one is The Biggest Loser workout 2, not sure what this one is about:eek: The last one is The Firm Complete Aerobics & Weight Training:eek: And of course I had to pick up the Food network DVD with Paula Deen "Memorable Treats" I miss Food Network TV!

Of to the shower! I will be back!

Good morning, Belinda! Enjoy those new workout vids, but DO NOT eat anything Paula creates...it's always loaded with butter, butter and MORE butter! LOL

OK...quick post for me. Busy day today.

Workout this morning was AWESOME! iCycle & Core, #35. It was great! It's brand new and I loved it! 35 minutes of cycling, 10 minutes of core which consisted of planks and crunches and oblique work, and 10 minutes of stretch! AWESOME workout...try it out!

Busy day: cleaning my friend's house (she pays me), then work/school, the orthodontist appt for DS and then book club meeting tonight.

SURVIVOR, baby! I'll have to DVR it and watch it when I get home tonight!

Hey girls....boy that was a close one, everytime I tried to log in here a kept getting " website under construction" announcements? thats was a heart dropping,dramatic moment:eek::p:rolleyes: not sure what that was all about!

anyhoot todays workout is going to be a doosey...imax2 intervals 1-5 then MM timesavor premix.....can't wait to hear that music on imax2:eek::pso fun! im also going to preview some workouts that I recieved in the mail a couple of weeks ago. One is called "Shape:Volumn one,firm,strengthen and tighten. And the other is called "bikini bottom"! I also need to go over to my MIL's and pick up a bit. she's just not able to clean her house anymore and she offered to pay me if I would straigten up for her,of course I told her that she didn't need to pay me...but she stuck some money in my hand last time I was over there and demand that I take it...LOL,can't argue with that:p;):D


Belinda-Good job on your workout...I've heard alot of good things about those biggest loser workouts,let me know how you like it! I back on MFP as of tuesday of this week...monday wasn't a bad day,just went over a bit in cals....the scale is holding steady so im proud of the fact that my out of control eating for the past three weeks hasn't hurt me to bad. Im up two lbs and thats it! :D

Late post - I've had 2 very busy days at work with lots of customer visits and I'm just exhausted. On the good side, I've continued stretching and the knee feels so good, that I'm ready to start running again. DD has even been doing stretches with me in the evening and says it helps her to relax.

Buying HSM3 tickets online as soon as I'm done here. If DD and her BFF don't go on opening weekend, they'll be annihilated at school on Monday.
