Sounds like you had a great day in Salem. Just for Adults or teenagers I would recommend the Hammond Castle in Magnolia. They put on a great haunted or spooke house if you haven't already been. My olderst son and friends do the lighting and sets most years.
If you arrive early check out the Ravenswood Park for a quick run or great relaxing walk.
As is you I am trying to eat clean. Just had my cottage cheese and apple snack.
Going to get ready for bed then watch a movie with the kids and DH.
