Good morning all!
Just back form a 4 mile run/walk. Did good for the first 3 miles, but the 4th was wearing me down. Those hills still get me had sometimes, especially when they are at the end of the run.
Did my weekly weigh-in this a.m. and I'm up 4 #'s from last week! What gives? I didn't think one night of chocolate fondue could do that! If it goes on that fast, hopefully it comes off just as fast. so that means I now have 7 #'s to lose in 3 weeks! I almost think my body is toying with me. LOL!
We really enjoyed Prince Caspian yesterday. If you've read the books, you do understand the story so much better. Apparantly they are already in the works of making 2 more.
Belinda - Enjoy GS Legs. I also think about you, especially when I see the times on your posts. I know you have more than enough going on.

Shortly we be off to the library to sign up for the summer reading program - kids and adults, then we have a graduation party this afternoon. DH is making protein pancakes right now, with a touch of apple. So Delicious!
