I actually get to sit for a few minutes, and at the computer, too!
High Step Training jumped out at me when I opened the cabinet. I hadn’t done that one in a long time, and today was a good day for a mix of cardio and light weight work. Overall, I was happy.
After the workout, it was pick up more GS cookies from the cupboard, get to the post office to ship them to those relatives out of town, run several errands including GameStop so DS could spend some money burning a hole in his pocket. He had us laughing because he just had to get a new video game, yet he can’t play it until after Easter because that’s what he gave up! Also took the pup to the dog park. Thank goodness she is spayed because the boys just weren’t leaving her alone. She’s quickly learning not to be so submissive. Once she wasn’t the fresh meat, she was able to run with them. Now we’re finally home, for now, and pup is completely zonked.
Belinda – Glad you had fun at the celebration.
Stephanie – How was the bowling?
Kathy – Enjoy your day off.
Gayle – If I only spent as much time in the kitchen! Your recipes always sound so yummy! I’m glad someone has time to peruse new ones.
Heidi – The Caymans sound awful nice right now – warm, sunny, beaches . . . If I had only won the lottery last night!
Carolyn – Did you get your workout in?
Michelle – Good for you getting the abs in, too! Have you tracked your calories to make sure you are getting enough with the 5 meals?
Rhonda – great 700 calorie burn!
Melissa – An hour early, but at least you had the right day. I’ve been off before – very interesting to show up when they aren’t expecting you!
I’m ready to veg for a bit. Hope everyone has an enjoyable evening. Be back tomorrow!
