Good Morning girls:)

Today is a PW and a Dog walk and MM abbs:)

ok,so i sold SJP/SB yesterday and i need some suggestions on what to buy next. I want a weight workout,im thinking either SS/PP or ME/BC? Which one do you guys use the most or do you guys have another suggestion? Ive got PH/MIS,Pyramids,GS series,MM!

I don't even know how much i weight right now,i haen't weighed in over a week which is a new record for me,LOL!

I have a new challenge for myself that i started yesterday...to eat clean,and ONLY when im hungry and to watch my portions! I was great yesterday,after the day i was curious to see how many cals i did eat and added it up...it was 1300,and i wasn't hungry any yesterday so that goes to show you that my mind was playing tricks on me when i was counting cals and trying to get to 1600-1800 and starving all the time.

Morning Amelia, Belinda, and everyone!
I woke up late and have been kind of helping DH with some yard work. I'm afraid to go near some of the brush in the backyard so poor DH has had to load the trailer by himself. I'm going along for the ride to the dump to keep him company, lol.

I'm going to squeeze in Gym Style Chest/Tri and some cardio later.

Amelia - I LOVE Bootcamp! I've been using the upper/lower premix alot the last couple of weeks. The ab work in the workout is tough and some of the best Cathe has put out (IMO). I don't use ME as much, not sure why but if you like MM, I think you'll enjoy ME.

I'm having some coffee right now myself, Belinda. ;)

Amelia - Great job staying away from the scale! It can be evil. Can't help you much on the workout choices - I'm still adding to my collection. However, I am becoming more anxious about getting STS.

Belinda - How's the packing coming? Since the kids will still be in the house, at least you don't need to ship everything.

Kathy - I don't blame you for staying away from the brush. You ened to finish healing in time for the RT.

I slept in, and I feel great this a.m. After working out and showering, we went to Pei Wei last night for dinner. Nice and light. DH is making pancakes, but we're too low on oatmeal and cottage cheese, so these will be the not so good for you kind. Today I want to get in some cardio, but the run will need to rate until after the rain.

So, I've been in a Jane Austen mood and like to listen in the car. I just finished Pride and Prejudice on CD. I went back to the library to get more only to find out that my car technology is outdated. All they have are MP3, downloadable audio or an audio book in a box, none of which I am able to play in the car, which has a tape and CD player. I'll figure something out.

Sherry - I love audio books! We belong to Audible.com and lately DH has let me have both credits each month. I just got "Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict" last week. It's next on my list after I finish listening to BFL Champions (3/4 of the way through) and Ultramarathon Man (I read the book and I'm sure I'll enjoy the audio book). :)

I listen to them on my MP3 player.

Sherry** I am still trying to sort things out! I will ship my dining room and living room! I will keep some stuff here for the kids! All my antics and pictures Pei Wei are staying! I love Pei We! Hope the rain stops so you get your run in!

I will do abs (maybe I will do BC abs!)today, didn't do them yesterday! I was to burned out! I really enjoyed my recovery week! Monday I will start Debbie's " Get ready for the summer" rotation! What rotation are you girls doing?

We're back and home for the evening.

We hit the garage sale at REI, and boy did we get some deals. I now have an Under Armour sub zero top for only $4. The guys got zip-off pants for about $10 each and hiking boots for $5. Hey, at the end of the day, they are wiling to deal.

So we're home for the day. No workout will happen, but we will watch Pride and Prejudice this evening.

Questions:
-Who has read BFFM and how different is it from BFL?
-What about Warp Speed Fat Loss? I think a few of you have mentioned it here.

I'm building great muscle, but getting impatient about the fat that is still hanging on.

Sherry- I LOVE yardsales,use to go every weekend in the summer but i haven't been this summer yet:-(. There was one in my neighborhood over the weekend and DH wouldn't stopx(. Good job on the great deals! I too would like to know how different BFFM is from BFL. Ive got a friend who sent me WSFL if you would like me to send you a copy,just say when;-) I have windows vista so what i send doesn't always workx(

Im just about to go walk my dog for...im not sure how long. That will probably be my only cardio today then i will do some abb work,never got a workout in yesterday.

Ive got a baby shower to go to this evening(my neice who was just married a year ago,she's 18 and super smart and NOT going to collegex( i hope she will oneday;-)) so i have to face all the yummy food that will be on displayx(! Ive been decent on my diet for two days now....wish me luck;-)

Well, I decided to do Lo Impact Step because I'm still hoping that the rain will be over and I can go for a run, so I didn't want to blow out my legs.

On tap for today: cleaning a bit more in the basement so that we can set up an exercise area. Yeah! then some shopping to get party bag favors for DD's big Wednesday event.

Hey girls,just finished my workout~did an hour dogwalk and MM abbs(couldn't do all those jack knifes though:+)plus i added in some banana holds.

Belinda-i may need to take a recovery week soon! Haven't had one in a while! Good job with your yours!

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I finally got down into the basement at about 1:00 pm and did the med ball warm up from Mindy's Strength Express + med ball segment of Core Blast + Gym Style Chest/Triceps + 31 minutes of intervals on my elliptical (using segments of CCV8).

This morning I did my duathlon dry run. I ran 2.5 miles + rode my bike 15 miles + ran 3 miles. It was so hot and humid outside, my clothes were soaked through when I was done! Whew! Oh, and I am officially registered for the 50k and I'm going to register for the duathlon (2 mile run/15 mile bike/5k run) on July 12th this week. :D
