Beware fake seller of Cathe dvd on Ebay

Do not purchase any dvd from a seller called zh2811p. I bought the power hour , mi & bm dvd. It is such an obvious counterfeit, it was almost comical. After I emailed him he said he would refund my money, but I wanted you all to be aware.

Yep, I posted about this person on June 24th "Possible Ebay scam"
I follow the ebay auctions and anytime someone is selling multiple copies of DVDs its a dead giveaway....and the fact that they don't respond to questions about authenticity.
 
He responded that he would return my money & that he only sells new or copies. I asked him what is the difference between a copy & a counterfit that he has the nerve to sell. I am sending his reply to me to Cathe's people as he is admitting in writing that he is selling copies of her tapes. I know this is against the law,

I noticed that too...by the way if you did forward it snm...they will take care of it. Once I notified them of one seller selling the same 3 dvd's over and over with feedback saying they were fakes. He was selling under two different accounts...he was gone within 2 days!

I hve forwarded his email to smm, to ebay & when I go back to work on Wednesday I will fax a copy of the NY State attorney general, Elliot Spitzer, just for the hell of it. This guy really pissed me off. I also filed a grievance thru pay pal. Have a great 4th everyone,
I will only buy my dvds thru smm from now on, I will pay the extra money I also gave this person a review & advised all that he was a crook selling bogus dvds. Go look at it

I recently received a purchase I made from him right before anyone posted about him. I believe my DVD is a fake but don't know for sure. I e-mailed him several times trying to clear up the matter but he hasn't responded. I reported him to Ebay but have yet to hear from them. I paid with PayPal, what can they do? I feel awful! I have traded books/DVDs on Ebay for years and never run in to this problem.

HI Michelle,

He responded to me for some reason. Go to pay pal & go to resolution center, open dispute, slect dispute & follow the instructions. Also go to ebay to the contact us link & you will find the instructions on how to file a complaint. Good luck & keep me posted as to how you are making out on this
Oh. p.s. the credit card you used for pay pal, you can contact them too

Hi ...it looks like he is gone from ebay today, but if you used paypal you should be able to get your money back, you may want to ask snm if they need the fake as evidence, I know they pursue these scammers. If not, should make a great coaster or frisbee..hehe

He's not gone, he's just laying low for a bit. That's what they do. You guys/gals need to contact your local FBI unit www.fbi.gov and tell them your side of the story and give them his name and address. I wonder if any Catheites live near him.
 
If you pull up the items he has bid on in the last 30 days you will notice that they are ALL empty dvd covers.

To be honest, I don't think Ebay cares. They don't seem to believe that is is their responsibility to ensure that sellers are legit. In fact, there was an interesting article in the NYT about this. I'd also be curious to see if the FBI gets involved since I can't imagine this would be high on their list of priorities. I'm much more careful baout who I buy from Ebay now, as I believe I have purchased one of these copies.

The other seller to watch out for is sunshirnbear27. He always sells Cathe DVD lots usually consisting of High Step Circuit,
Basic Step + Cardio & Weights and Body Fusion. In some listings he throws in Total Muscle Sculpting and Total Body Stretching. I emailed support and they say they are working on it, but his fakes are still on ebay.
