Just starting my new fit life after 40 and joining the Cathe nation. Planning a trip to Hawaii in 5 months. Need to get healthy and fit. Starting at 5'6" and 170lbs...hoping for 145. I tend to start things and not finish them so if you see me missing for a day it's ok to remind me things won't change unless I actually do the work. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy and we all deserve better...no magic pills, just work! I have a wonderfully supportive husband and would love to give him the gift of a better me...even though he loves me just as I am.
Just finished the Basic Step Workout for today (feeling great)...hoping to do this one more week then step up to Body Fusion at least 1-2x/week.
