I just recieved my Barry Bootcamp today and I am so excited. How do most people do it. Do you start with disc 1 and do one a day till you get to disc 5. Do you do a whole hour. I tend to do my cardio in the morning and weights at night.
Also, I don't have a treadmill at home. I'm going to try to drag myself to the gym and use it there. Has anyone written down the treadmill workouts. I can just watch them and write it down.
Lastly, most days I won't be able to go to the gym. How is the other cardio.
