Good afternoon...just wondering if anyone knows how often you should do barre workouts per week..

I have been an exerciser for a long time...not always consistant though....I've been told to do sculpts a few times a week, only back to back if you are working different muscle groups. With Barre, I've read that you can do them 5 to 6 times a week because it's like ballet training. The results are supposed to be "wonderful"....just trying to figure out how to work it in....

If you truly love barre workouts, I would recommend doing them no more than three times per week with another form of workout in between just so your body doesn't get so used to them that your results slow down. I would also recommend doing different barre workouts (or different premixes) each of the three days for that same reason. Once the body becomes overly adapted to an exercise workout style it is harder to present your body with a challenge while doing it. Therefore to keep your body guessing and your results more effective, you should change things up, even if it is "ok" to do them more frequently.
