Alright people. I am over the flu and ready to bang these two weeks out of my rotation. Today was good I did not go all out but I feel great tomorrow is suppose to be a rest day I am going to just practice some of the new step choreography from 4DS and I am going to practice airborne jacks and plyo and some ab work maybe I will pull out CoreMax.
So anyhow I was doing legs and glutes and usually I take the topper off to do calf raises well I was so winded from being sick for a week I just left it up on top and grabbed my weight bar and jumped up I was ready to do them needless to say my balance flung me off on top of my son practically he looked at me and he starts laughing and goes "Wo Mom" but Cathe did not do that?
I think I will continue taking the topper off.
