Back exercises and pregnancy

Hi Cathe,

I have been trying to keep my back in good condition and strong. Especially since I used to get such bad back aches when I was pregnant and not exercising. I do your BodyMax and PS strength training tapes. Of course I don't use as heavy dumbells or barbell as I usually do when I'm not pregnant. But sometimes I can't discern the difference between next day soreness or just plain back aches while pregnant. Did you go through this? Any one else? Thanks so much!! I love this forum!
