This gives you nice long clips of bosu exercises to watch. I will be trying the daily standard today and moving my way through the clips. This is so awesome!!! Just click on Bosu Balance Trainer and it lists all the available clips! We just got more cable channels hooked up yesterday so I now have Fit TV and I was watching this guy lead a bosu workout...well it turns out it is David Weck, the inventor of the bosu which led me to Fit TV's website, which lead me to this website, and so on and so forth. This site is full of free and infromative information regarding the bosu and other balance equipment. Sorry if you all already knew about this, but it's a new discovery for me and I love all this FREE info. since I'm so new to the bosu!!!

I also got a Spri Xerdisc and find balancing on that even more difficult than the bosu.
