Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday August 14th, 2025 at 9:30AM EST, we’ll be doing “Kick Punch Cardio Party” LIVE. Get ready to get sweaty with this high energy, mixed impact kickbox workout. Familiar favorites (including heavy bag) all scrambled up into one big cardio fest! Put your dukes up and let’s go

@Debinmi I give this workout 2 gloves up! ;) There is some jumping, like jumping jacks and boxers bounce/jump rope and chain tap jumps (jumping up to the chains at the top of the heavy bag), so if you're one who likes to stay on the ground you'll need to modify - which I think would be pretty easy to do. This workout had a great cardio effect and not as many lunge and squat type moves, at least per my memory, as some of Cathe's other kickboxing Lives.

Although it was labeled mixed impact, there were very few moves that were higher intensity and those could be easily modified. She went to the heavy bag three times in this one. Nice variety! I really enjoyed it!
