Good morning ladies...

Getting us started on our weekend thread!! Not sure exactly what workout I will end up doing today. I was thinking of something of either the hardcore extreme or terminatore dvds..Monday I will start the 4 day split with you guys..

I'm not sure what I'm going to do today either. Scheduled should be Powermax. I'm not really "feeling it". I think I may just do CleanMax instead. I think with 2 Plyo Legs this week, I had enough cardio. Plus I wanted to see if I didn't do something today if I'll be less "cravey/hungry" this afternoon.

I'm trying to work out a rotation for the next few weeks w/ 4DS . I think I'm going to do it this way:


WEEK #1:

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back

Tue: Kickbox/Legs & Core

Wed: Run or Cardio

Thurs: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders Calves & Core

Fri: Boot Camp/Bi & Tri

Sat: Stretch/Yoga/Pilates

Sun: OFF


WEEK #2

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back

Tue: Run or Cardio

Wed: Kickbox/Legs & Core

Thurs: Yoga/pilates/stretch (or a Run)

Fri: Boot Camp Bi & Tri

Sat: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core

Sun: off

Do you have a schedule, Kathy, or will you just wing it? Meant to ask you too, where are you going on vacation to?

Today we have the rain and wind from Hurricane (tropical storm?) Danny. It's dreary out there!

Hey Chris: No, I wasn't going to follow a rotation. I planned to wing it since it isn't too many days. Monday I am going to pull out the 4 day split series. So, that will take me to Friday. Then Friday through Monday I will just do cardio/cardio & weights dvds. We are leaving on Tuesday the 8th to go to Virginia Beach for a few days, then a couple of days at Busch Gardens. We come back Saturday the 12th. Unfortunately Chris will probably miss a couple of baseball games since the games start the Tuesday we leave. We are not sure how many he will have that week yet since the schedule isn't out yet..Hope he isn't too upset about it! Anyway, I won't have too many days to plan workouts for so I though I would wing it for those days. While away, I may use the exercise room some and rest up for STS on Monday the 14th...

Ok, so I just finished up with my workout. I did intervals & interval circuits on the hardcore extreme dvd. It was a toughie. But, I enjoyed it. Now, time for lunch and then Chris has baseball practice later and then we are headed to church tonight..

Rest day for me today. Getting psyched up for 4DS AND school starting tomorrow. The boys , or at least one of the boys, was a poop to the sitter today and is punished one more week (after school, he can NOT go outside, AGAIN!)..do they EVER learn???

Work was EXTRA EXTRA uncharacteristically EASY and QUIET last night. We actually worked with an extra nurse! Don't want to say that too loud, might piss of the "quiet night at the hospital" gods!

Hey gals -- I am back home now. We were at my sister's for the birthday party she threw for Dylan. It was a good weekend. Hot though. I didn't do any exercise at all -- not even a walk! Pathetic!

Good on low max -- I haven't done that in months and every time I pull it out I get the heebie-jeebies -- that one is so deceptively difficult.

Chris, I saw how you're planning to mix up 4DS this week -- looks good. I'm not sure what I will do -- I think my chest and shoulders still need a break, unfortunately. :( I may try to do the step and back work for tomorrow, and put off the rest of the upper body work as long as I can. If your P57 arrives, maybe you want to do that instead of cardio Wed., since you have a fair bit of cardio already this week.... but, I know you love your runs on a nice day.

Hope work is ok. My niece who was there with us this weekend starts nursing school tomorrow -- she is so excited. I found out this weekend she is thinking she may want to be an ER nurse. Crazy, if you ask me. :)

It is hot here........ I'm doing laundry, have to bake cookies later for Dylan to take to class tomorrow. We still have some junk food allowed, just no nuts. Did I tell you he at first wanted to take everyone in his class a carrot from our garden?!
