Aug 2005 Bootcamp Rotation

I just started this rotation yesterday - anyone else here doing this rotation or part of the way through? Would love to hear how it is going. I'm coming off a rotation where I would do cardio 5 - 6 days per week plus weights once per week, so I'm anxious to see by doing a Cathe rotation how I fare.
