Aquajock - mishmoshes?

Hey fellow Minnesotan, are you getting this great blast of winter again like us in southeastern MN?

My question is this, I know I read very recently a thread where you wrote down most or all of your mishmoshes, but I can't find it when I search for it, where is it?

Also, where is the thread on how you got in such great shape for the Tracy videos? I know I was completed inspired by your post and need to find it again ;-) .

Hi, Marcia! Actually, I'm in a state of rabid rage about this sh*t snow on the ground. It all melts on the pavement but the lawns and trees are flocked again. This is absolutely unbearable.

(but seriously, folks):

I just now bumped of a thread started by Kristifitness titled "To Aquajock", in which she also asked about mish-moshes, and I copied off many, many of my fave mish-moshes. You can also do an Advanced Search using the keyword "mish", and a lot more will come up. I'm not sure if the Compendium has been updated with mish-moshes (my own or others) that incorporate The Series That Has No Name.

Also, it was actually OUR OWN JILLYBEAN who starred in one of Traci Staehle's Sweatfest dvd's. I'm very, very proud to be Jill's friend, not to mention very pi$$ed for the following reason:

My Bean kept her little secret from me and the other Killer Bees for months; although we e-mail each other regularly and see each other in hive-fashion 2-3 times a year, she never breathed a word. Well, we got together a few months ago for a Meating, and appropos of nothing Beans starts telling this little story about getting to know Traci online, then via e-mail, then getting invited to be part of her studio crew, then training for the filming . . . at the time of our Meating, she had just come back from filming within the past 48 hours. We all shrieked at her: "HOW COULD YOU NOT TELL US ABOUT THAT?! YOU'RE A FEMALE, FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! FEMALES BLAB! THEY BRAG!!! WTF?" Then we had a nice group hug.

Sorry, I got you two confused since I knew both of you were from Minnesota like myself . Thank you for posting on that thread to move it up, i got it and printed it out.
