AOS Providence or The Kettlebell Way?

Help, I'm so confused. (Insert sigh) Okay, not an unusual state for me to be in.

If Kettlebell Way I is a remake of Providence, which is best--or is it a matter of preference? This will be my 2nd workout, after Lauren Brooks.

Opinions requested--as well as any other recommendations for my next purchase.

Also, could you rate the difficulty of any of the aforementioned as compared to Lauren?

Thanks guys,

Elsie

Elsie,
I've been told that Providence and Kettlebell Way (vol. 1) are the same workout. I have KB Way but now wish that I had Providence because I've done Newport and like the scenery. (Isn't that silly?) KB Way is filmed in a pretty bland room and it's definitely not visually interesting. I've also come to find Beth a bit annoying!

I can't really compare to Lauren Brooks because I've done her video only once (and not recently). I recall that her workout was challenging too.

I'm kind of hooked on AOS stuff because I like Anthony's teaching style. I think his tutorials are very good and I just enjoy the workouts.

BTW, Lauren Brooks says she is coming out with another KB workout as soon as she recovers from having her next baby (due soon).

Good luck and have fun!

You've really helped, Kathryn. I've watched some of Anthony's tutorials, and I really like him. But I wondered if Beth would get on my nerves (many female instructors do--too spoiled by Cathe). And I enjoy scenery. I didn't know about Lauren coming out with a new workout, either.

Thanks a lot.

Elsie

P.S. Can anyone who is not completely sick of this question list the order (by difficulty) of the AOS workouts? Any comments on the 2-disk "New Kettlebell Way" "The Empire State" and "Manmaker"?

I have both and of course LOVE both of them. Kettlebel way has more leg work like Squats, Deadlifts and lunges. You really cannot go wrong with either of these Dvd's.
