Anyone with defective TLT's?

I just got Finding your Core from Collage and noticed the DVD has odd looking patterning on both sides. And neither side will play in my DVd player (one side is widescreen and the other is full screen.) Has this been a problem with the TLT's? I will call Collage tomorrow and they are always great with a replacement and return envelope, but I'm wondering if there's been a problem with these?

I got all 4 of my TLT's from Collage without any problems. I would definitely call them...

I just got these from the TLT site itself and the one side of FYC was messed up, but the other side worked fine. Go figure???
