Anyone who gains muscle easily

Ok I have completed 2 rotations I stopped the first one because my legs were thick and muscular I switched to a more of a upper body muscle building and defining loved it but I gained muscle all over so I look thick not really lean so I am thinking I need an all cardio rotation I was looking at Cathe's August 05 Bootcamp rotation, what do you think? If, those of you that build easily, say you lift light what exactly do you mean? Do you lift less and do more reps? Do you do each one twice or stop your dvd player and do more on your own?

Thank you for the help I am trying to figure my body out here I do not want to stay away from weights at all I just got up to lifting 15 lb dumbells from 8 after doing this last rotation so any and all input would be great for me.

One word: diet. Diet is 90 percent of what your body looks like. If you build easy and do not watch your diet, you look bulkier.

To lean out and still build and keep the muscle, you need to lift hard and heavy, keeping sessions short, do lots of cardio (well at least that works for my meso/endo body type) plus eat really, really clean.

Eventually you will uncover those muscles and look lean and defined. Its a long hard process for me, some are more naturally lean, so it all depends on your body type and what you need to eat in order for you to look your best.

I did the BootCamp rotation and let me tell you.....whew! I gained tons of endurance from it. I did NOT lose any weight or lean out because I was double hungry all the time from all the working out. I say just tighten up your diet and do a combo of cardio and weights.

I totally agree with Runnergirl!!!

It's a tough one...I didn't lose weight and I stayed hungry all the time. I was eating pretty clean too just too much!!!}(
