Hello ladies and Happy Holidays!
I am on the brink of taking the Personal Training plunge. It seems that a certification with ACSM is the gold standard. I am intimidated...so intimidated and busier than ever, so the idea of spending endless hours in study is scary.
Please, if you know of anyone who would be willing to talk to me about the test I would appreciate it.
