I second the recommendation for Clinique's Pore Minimizer. It does help.
I also would recommend Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask, which you can find at some of the drug store chains or health/beauty sections of Target or Walmart, etc. It really minimizes the pores and just generally refreshes your skin. If your skin is sensitive though you might want to test it on a small area first before using it on your whole face. My skin can sometimes be sensitive but I had no problems, however my sister felt it was a little too strong for her skin.

Prescriptives Magic Liquid Powder makes my pores virtually disappear. Works alone or over other makeup. Amazing!
It's expensive ($35) but lasts forever. Also, you can usually find it on Ebay much cheaper.
