Any Guys Out There? 9-26 weekend

Hey guys-

Hard to get to the computer these days. Just barely enough time to workout, but I'm still getting them in. Lo Max yesterday - I forgot how much the intensity builds through the workout. Super tough, and super fun. I love that 7th step portion - 1/2 kickboxing, 1/2 step. I'd love a whole workout like that. I remember about a year ago I actually sat down and watched the last 2/3rds of Imax 3 when I tried it the first time. Now I'm eager to get a cardio challenge. It's a good feeling.

Today I did GS back/shoulders/biceps. A great workout, but I'm still stinging from chest/tri earlier this week, so I didn't increase anything today.

Looking forward to a long walk/jog tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
