As some of you know I have had a few incidents of spotting throughout this pregnancy (never happened w/the first).
Last Thursday I spotted again but this time it was brown and only a teeny bit. My Dr. had me immed. come in and checked everything out via u/s and it all looked good! Yeah! They told me to take it easy this weekend, no sex etc. They had no explanation of the cause. Earlier in my pregnancy my placenta was laying a bit low and they thought it may have caused some. However, no explanation now since my placenta appears to have moved up where it should be.
The funny thing is each and every time I have spotted it has been weeks when I have fully picked up my exercise routine again and/or have been super busy at work, etc. ! Last week I worked out 4 times and I hadn't done that in weeks. I have mostly been sticking to 3 days a week mainly b/c I was so tired. Last week I was also super busy and runnin' around like mad. Do you think that could be part of the culprit? Or do you think it is just coincidence?
I really want to continue my exercise routine but don't want to risk another early delivery! A healthy baby is of most importance to me.
It felt soooo good to work out last week and I really want to continue if I can. Maybe I can just take it a bit easier?
I have my regularly sched. BIG u/s tomorrow (monday). yeah! So, I'll ask the doc more questions then. He is a big believer in exercise so I am sure he will lean toward the side of "it's o.k." if he thinks it is safe.
