Hi all,
I want to buy sneakers and I'm thinking of buying a pair of crosstrainers. My question is are crosstrainers good for all workouts?
Ie: step, weights, kickbox, hi/lo, walking, jogging? I mainly only do home workouts, but when it gets nice out I get the urge to want to be a runner. It usually passes quickly, but since spring has sprung the desire has struck.
I always buy sneaks made for running, Asics being my fav brand of choice. I also don't have the $$ to buy multiple pairs of sneakers. So my one pair are my everyday pair. I am a sneaker gal. I wear them everyday, everywhere. I stand 8 hours a day as a postal clerk, and workout so I need a pair that can go the distance.
One would think I love sneaks so much I would own more than one pair but I don't. Lady Footlocker usually has 2 for $80.00 sale often but they sell mainly nike and I have a pair of nike shox now and don't want another pair.
Thanks for your help.
Jenn
