I've been running for about 5 or 6 months so I'm still a beginner runner, however, since I've started I've been going with consecutive days of running and then taking a few days off. The reason being it works better with my kids schedule and with the weather the way it is here sometimes it seems like the worse will hit towards the end of the week, not always. Anyway I'm slowly building up mileage, nothing to fast and I don't seem to be having any problems. Here's the question, does anyone else run several days in a row and then take a few days to do something else?
