Another Kettlebell Question

I've used them in Boot Camp. Basically, subbed a KB exercise for each of the upper body exercises.

I've used KB's for various workouts, either subbing them for dumbells for a regular DB exercise, or subbing a KB exercise for a DB exercise.

They work well in place of a dumbell for the 'pick-up/put-down' plié squat in 4DS Legs. They would also work well for the 'pass' plié in GS legs.

They could also be used for lat rows in pretty much any workout.

A set of tactical lunges could be subbed for a set of lunges in many workouts.

You could hold a KB by the horns to do the lunges with the back foot on the step or high step.

I recommend just keeping your KBs at the ready, and whenever an appropriate move comes up, sub them.

And if you want to turn any of Cathe's leg workouts into MORE of an endurance workout, go lighter on the DB's/barbells, and do a set of swings between sets.
