Hi All!

I was pre-ordering a couple CIA dvds and saw they had Ann Marie Sill workouts for $10. They are suppose to be Low impact. I was wondering if anyone has done her Jammin 32 or Step generation workouts before and what you thought of them and her?
Thank you in advance.

Jen

P.S. The new Sharon Twombley and Kimberly Spreen workouts look good.

Hi - I have Step Generation. It IS pretty low impact. The coreography is a bit complex....so I didn't try it on a higher step (I don't think?? can't remember). You probably could make it more intense if you wanted to once you learned the coreography. I really did it quite a bit when I first got it, so maybe I did try it on a higher step. I remember I liked it a lot other than that. She's okay as an instructor and there's a unique 30 minute total body routine that I liked. You called always do it x 2 to make it longer. I remember doing it on my rest day sometimes also. Hope I helped a little bit.

ETA: Oh, and she was a bit more friendly mid workout or so.....like she needed time to open up. I remember people at VF commenting about it, but I didn't really notice it. She seemed professional and non-annyoing to me, but I do a LARGE variety of other instructors and am not one of these "Cathe or the highway" people.

I have Jammin' 32s, and I agree, Ann Marie is not the most warm and fuzzy instructor, but she is pretty good. It is a low impact dvd, but she does teach complex blocks of choreography, so if you are a choreography junkie you will like this one for your collection.

The outfits were also very bland, and maybe that didn't help bring her personality "out" in this workout very well, either. I still think it is worth having for the sale price.
