A quick question, because I know alot of you might feel the same way I do.
I decided to try some of the rotations--great, although before I started these I was used to working out twice a day. I would do a cardio workout-usually 30-45 minutes each AM, and then do my weight workout at night. I worked out 6 days a week on most weeks.
These rotations, with the exception of the August '5 Bootcamp one, are one workout a day period.
I guess I am sorta freaking out because I do the workout in the AM, and then my body gets revved up in evening for another workout! I am used to it. Just don't want to lose anything by doing just one workout. Or maybe I just have a "exercise obsession" or something! And, obviously I do not have kids so I have the extra time!
Does anyone else understand what I am talking about? Or do I need to just get a life?:7
