Did well yesterday and on track for today. My menu looks good!

I weighed and measured this morning (obsessive I know), but I wanted to see if the Tostitos (not a moderate amount)on Tuesday attached themselves to my butt!:p My weight and measurements were the same so all's good!!

How's everybody else doing?

I noticed yu have hi and lo calorie days. Do you follow a plan to do it? I once followed a loose plan based on WW for a similar idea.

Today-
B- hot oat bran / soy milk
S- blueberries and a yogurt
L- greek salad madee from WW recipe, whole grain wrap
S- 2 oz. lo fat chedar , green apple, tea
D- chili made with 95% lean beef, 3 oz. per person & bulgur, green salad
S- hot chocolate, no sugar fat free.

Morning all!

Yesterday was good for me too, except for two cookies.

B - Mixed cereal with banana and soy milk
S - Apple and lf yogurt
L - large salad with protein
S - WW English muffin with pb
D - egg white omelet with spinach and veggies, baked sweet potato

My choices are limited today, since it's grocery shopping day:p

Workout is a six mile run and back.
