aero jump/sculpt

i did it yesterday and my legs are sore!
8 rounds of a variety of jumping followed by lower or upper with high reps with some pulsing.for the upper i'm going to do pullups or abs or lunges instead-dont need another shoulder injury. i dont use a rope cause i dont want to hit my cat and the moves are too difficult for me. since i have pf i will do this again for variety. floor aerobic does not bother my foot.
