ab workout help

I use to be very good at doing abs after all my cardio

lately, I've been skipping them.

I prefer to just do 200 sit ups and it's done.

There are some exercise of Cathe for abs like hip lift that I don't like to do. I also think that they are mostly long, it discourage me. But I use to be very good at always keeping up with abs.

Now, I enjoy when they are more included in the workout, like Bootcamp. I enjoy that. Even KPC is short and I do it. But when I do Drill Max, I dont feel like adding abs after... so long

I am so happy for the new serie they seem to all include abs and they are shorter.

I hope the new serie will help

any suggestions is appreciated
