I've seen Cathe's posts about doing ab work in the second trimester on an inclined bench. Would it be okay to do on a stability ball if I was at an angle instead of flat back? It seems like since the ball has some give (and will continue to have more the bigger I get
) that it wouldn't cause as much pressure as a hard surface or is it more the angle that matters. I don't have much stability ball experience, but I have the ball and a few videos on the way that I'd like to try to alter for prenatal toning. -- Renee
