I hope this is not being repeated I did the Kick Punch Crunch Cardio Conditioning 37 minutes, then kick max Blast challenge then kick max standing leg work then KPC stability ball Abs and Stretch.

That workout sounds awesome! I just did KPC last night...what a butt kicker that one is! This sounds like a cool variation.
