using meso 1 for upper body and plyo legs for lower body i created a great fullbody routine to use over the course of 2 days. So you would do 1/2 (30 min) of either chest, triceps shoulders and 1/2 plyo legs for a great one hout workout! The next workout do the other upper body workout (back and bis) and the other half of plyo legs. The plyo legs gives you a bit of cardio for the workout and its no longer than 1 hour total.
