A Good Rotation?

A friend of mine asked me to help her out last night. Im not a personal trainer but am considering taking the course. I know what works for my body but I don't know what works for her.

She wants to lose about 15 lbs, tone up and her problem area is her butt and thighs....but isn't it usually with women? I was gonna look through the rotations to find her a good one or something she could sub at the gym but I thought I would throw this question out to you guys and hope that someone did a certain rotation that gave them the results she is looking for. She is very good once she gets started and she will not stray until she looks the way she wants to look. She told me she would pay me to tell her what to do and what to eat. If I was a trainer I would gladly take her money but Im not.:)

When I get to work later I will go through some of the rotations to see what I can find...in the meantime it would be nice to get some input!
