Hi Guys,

I'm on here early today... I am wiped from yesterday and just felt like taking today off. So instead I am on here trying to figure out my workout week. I decided I don't want to do cross train express again this week. So I think I will do slow and heavy with rhythmic step and Interval max...

In the bundle I got there was the classics volume 1, power hour, max intensity, body max, rhythmic step, interval max, max intensity cardio, slow and heavy, pure strength, cross train express, cardio kicks, circuit max, and cardio hits. I know, lots! :D

Jo, I have a friend in San Clemente as well! I checked my calendar for the weekend of the 23rd of October. We have a pretty open weekend then, except for that saturday evening. I would love to meet you in person! I can meet you whereever too, after all it's all close here, so if you have a favorite tea or coffee place or restaurant, I'd be happy to come to it! How fun!

Ok, I'm going to have a leisurely cup of tea before the kids get up and I'll take them for a bikeride/run for me this afternoon for their P.E. (and mine...)

Yeah Cendrine! I'm glad you'll be free to meet! I haven't bought my ticket yet so will let you know my plans when the time is nearer. My GF and I don't have any specific plans other than to see each other :eek: so if something comes up for you we can work around that. You got a good bundle! I hope you enjoy some of those older workouts! I still love them all!

Getting on today...I got up and did GS Legs. I was considering spacing a day inbetween since I did PH yesterday...but decided to do it anyway. So I officially started the September rotation. My legs will be squawking at me later! I love the band work in the floor routine for this workout!

I'll BBL as I need to get busy!
