Hi, Cendrine. I couldn't get on this morning, so I think they were doing stuff (Cathe's Facebook posts this AM said they will be uploading an update on Shock Cardio by Wednesday, plus I got an email from Cathe and SNM so I think they WERE doing stuff to their site this AM).
My workout this morning was nice and long:
iTread 14, 40 minutes, logged 4.25 miles
Leaner Legs (using a 60# bb the whole time! WOO HOO)
STS Extended Stretch!
I felt INVINCIBLE this morning. Legs were super strong and like I could just keep on working them. Gotta LOVE the day after Rest Day! LOL
Kids and I ran some errands this morning and just got back. I've been having some funny things going on with my eating lately. The last few days, I wasn't all that hungry. Saturday and Sunday were clean, it was just that we were so busy doing stuff around the house that before I knew it, meal time (for ALL 3 of us) came and went. By last night, though, I knew my calories were too low and I started getting the munchies so I had a few SMALL bowls of animal crackers and 4 vanilla wafers the kids were having. Maybe it was all those CARBS during this AM's workout that powered me thru, hugh? LOL The this AM still the munchies were here, so I had 6 mini Peanut Chews and 1 of those sugar wafers. Today while we were out, I got the kids ice cream at one of those places with the cold stone and they mix in whatever you want, right in front of you. I didn't have ANY ice cream but I DID have one pretzel rod that was dipped in white chocolate. I WILL WALK THE TIGHT ROPE LINE THE REST OF THE DAY! (I'm figuring with the 600+ calorie burn I got with this AM's workout, I'm fine if I stay clean the rest of the day.)
OK.....have a few things to do around here, to get ready to leave on Wednesday.
