Hi Jann,
I'm using Cathe's nutition calculator. It tells you how many calories for your height, weight and body fat and age. Mine was 843-1343 calories. But it warns you not to go below 1200 cal. The calculator is great, but not perfect. You have to enter a lot of "custom food" if it is not in their list. After I enter what I think I'm going to eat I keep adjusting the food until I get good grades for cal.,vit, etc. I'ts only 9.99 for one month, you could print out several months worth of meal plans in that month if you had the time. I will probably not pay for full year until all the downloads are available.
To get mostly A's I have 1-2 c milk, cereal, and at least 3 fruits and 3 veg and stick to around 1340 cal. For lunch I have had chili, egg salad sandwich, and hot dogs(at fb game). We ate out one dinner and I had chicken breast and sweet potato. I still have a months worth of nutrisystem food, so I'm trying to work it in the plan. I lost 3and1/2 lbs since last Tues, but since I had lost 3lbs the 2nd or 3rd day I know it is water wt. except 1/2 lb.
I know you can look at my wo, I wonder if you can look at meal plan?
I seem to be getting my work out at midnight. I did one hour treadmill. I hope that was not too much to start. My knees hurt and they haven't been lately. I feel like I'am just as strong as I was 2 yrs ago but I know if I don't start slow I will hurt myself. Joan
