Beth I only got disc 7 in Sunday. I really felt pushups and everything else more because I hadn't worked out in a week. Monday may be slightly less busy and will try to get in some wo. I'm glad it's working for you. I don't see any difference but what can you expect with little cardio.
Jann glad to hear you are healing so well. I feel I'm lifting the most I can right now. Struggling on last two reps, but I don't think it is very heavy.

barbell curl -20lb -10 rep
seated incline hammer curls both arms 10lb-15rep
chest flys-16lb-15reps
I did first 25 pushups on toes rest on knees.
Magnolia I collect diets. I don't follow them because I think calories are the only thing that matter but for some reason I find them interesting.(Especially if I get them free from the library.)



I bought 5 boxes of Girl Scout cookies and ate a ton of them. I must have needed the sugar because I feel a lot better. No weigh in tomorrow.
