Good Morning to all:

Well it is a very dark cool morning here in Buffalo! Does anyone know when we turn the clocks back?

Today I did Gym Style, Back Biceps, and Shoulders Timesaver pre-mix. I don't think I have ever done this workout.. Not sure why.

Today's Menu:
Post Workout: protein drink with ice & water
B: Cherrios with strawberries and skim milk ( thanks Linny!)
S: cottage cheese w/applesauce
L: Ham on WW roll, grapes, skim milk
S: apple & stringster
D: Leftover filet from Saturday dinner w/?
S: WW choc ice cream bar

You have to try the I-Trains! I love set 21 Interval Walk.. it's about 35 minutes and it is a full walking one. Some are designed for walkers, joggers and runners and she gives 3 different levels throughout the workout, but this one is strictly for walking. She gives 3 levels of walking so you can work up to a faster pace. Thanks for the hair info! I am "Hair Obsessed".:7

Garance: ( yes I am going to keep using this name!) I hope your leg is only how you slept. Leg pain scares me. You set your hair every morning? then put it up? I also set mine after drying, using big velcro rollers.. DH laughs at me every time!:7 . I have a lot of gray and get it colored every 6 weeks. I also have highlights. Is your hair naturally straight?

Good Morning Deb and those to follow:
Deb: That I-Trains Interval walk sounds pretty good, I'll have to try that one. Most of the time when I walk my son goes with me so we usually do the mother -son talk :) Looks like Nov.4th is when the clocks go back.I think thats the latest I've ever seen.
Garance: My sister colors her hair(all over) and thinks it helps alot. She thinks it gives her alot more body. I only have grays here and there so I hate to color yet.

Hi Ladies,

My training is going well I had to fire my training partner, she has been flaking out on me for the last 6 weeks and I have had it. I will be running on my own from now on.

My hair is very short and It's salt and pepper. I love it, I have my hair cut at a barber shop and only pay $12.00 plus tip. I have been with the same barber for 12 years, but I have had my hair very short for 23 years.

Jen, Where are you?
