Good Morning to all that follow:
Today I did Gym Style Legs, one of the Timesavers. To show how you change over time, I used to love doing leg workouts and dreaded upper body work. I have come 180 degrees around and dread any leg excercisesx( . I can't wait for them to be over! I could work upper body every day.. the same goes for step. I used to drive to a gym at night to take an hour step class, and so look forward to it. Now I hate step! ( tell me again why I bought the new series which seems to focus on step, step and more step?
Today's Menu:
Post Workout: protein drink with ice & water
B: Cherrios with strawberries and skim milk ( thanks Linny!)
S: LF Yogurt
L: going out w/my old boss, hopefully a chicken salad!
S: apple & stringster, triskets
D: DH's day off, he will make or get something ( light!)
S: WW choc ice cream bar:9

You don;t need an MP3 inside, only out. I believe they have spinning workouts as well as treadmill, eliptical, and maybe even rowing. Your prize can be a new Cathe workout! Have fun getting ready for the wedding!

I am waiting to hear what he said.. I don;t remember details like that. DH is the one that is great with Trivia..Your trip sounds like a whirlwind! Hope you get to see and do something fun. Please give us a review of the new workouts. I got my shipping notice but it says that UPS sent it to the wrong hub so they had to correct it and it is delayed. They should have used FedEx! ( I am a little prejudice here:7 ) How great that you can sew clothing! what does the dress look like?

Sounds like the PT is working.. :7 Your hair sounds lovely! You want thicker hair and mine is so thick it's like horse hair! I have to use a flat iron to get it straight..
