Today was P90X Shoulders & Arms. This is a great workout! 46 min, 274 calories burned. Getting excited about the new workouts.. I guess they sent them to the duplicator, then the next step is Shipping to us! Yea!

Glad to hear you are holding up in this tough time. I think the running is helping you keep your mind in the right place. Keep us posted as you get closer to the marathon dates. We will all make sure we give you a "cyber" push :7

I was wondering if you would get major DOMS from B&G!}( . We are also having a great fall here. Not Indian Summer yet, ( I think you have to have a frost first, then the warm weather), but gorgeous!

You are right, Norton was crap! Messed up my system, could not view clips from this site, could not sign in to work from home etc. The second I took all the Norton softwear off, everything worked again. My menu may be boring to some because it is so repetitive, but I found that if I do it this way, I don;t make food the highlight of my day. That is when I get into trouble;-) . Sounds like you are having the same weather we are. I'm with you on the Sushi, I don;t even like cooked fish that much. How is the new job going?

Happy Tuesday, All,

Great news - the MRI results finally came back and I have no compression fractures. The doctor does want me to have physical therapy for the whiplash injury. His staff is supposed to get with me on that. Until I see him a week from tomorrow, I'm only cleared to walk. I'll be doing that, so probably won't post until I can start working out again for real, as that would be pretty boring for you guys to read every day - ''Today I walked again.''

Don't go Jen, we don't mind hearing about your walks. You can also tell us what you are eating that way you will be on check.

Today I will be running and maybe a 20 minute yoga tape.

Today I did Gym Style Chest and Triceps. I always get DOMS in my chest from this one.

So happy to hear about that MRI, Jen. I bet it was a tremendous relief. Hey--walking is worth hearing about, too. Just let us know if you see anything worthy of note.

I got hooked on sushi when I was commuting to NYC and my husband was working for an Oriental import/export firm with a lot of Japanese artists. They persuaded us to try some, and gradually we found it irresistible. It's not just the raw fish, but the wasabi and soy sauce, the little bed of rice. Yellowtail tuna is my favorite--it's creamy and wonderful. The fish has no smell when it is totally fresh.
