Good Morning

I wanted to at least start today, as I have to leave home early for a trip to Toronto for business. Today was cardio with a 35 minute interval I-Tread.

Jen: I am ready to scream! I hate Time Warner! I thought we had it fixed yesterday after I spent 2hours on the phone with Time Warner and Norton.. Norton had me uninstall their program and re-install it, which brought back our e-mail under Outlook, then this morning it is all messed up again! I am waiting for that walking tape to get here. I got it on Ebay and thought it would be a good cardio in between the I-Treads.

Garance: what is "Jacob;s Pillow"? sounds like you had a great time! We bought the Harry Potter book Saturday. DH is reading it now but I am going to save it for when we go to California in August,

Off to work and Canada! Have a great day!

Deb:)

Hi Deb and all to follow:
Got back from lake last night, probably go back on tues. Raining here so good to be home. My kids and grandkids came up on saturday for a cookout at lake. They really enjoyed themselves, wish I could have swimmed with themx(
Did premix of LIC and back today. Felt GOOOOOOD! Didn't break out in hives(1st time)Yeaa!Still waiting for blood results.I hate waiting.
Deb: Saw your question about rotation. I don't a particular one, depends on the moment.Cardio is usually Cathe and I do rotate body parts, one per day.Have a safe trip to Canada and *see* you when you get back.
Jen: I thought I had alot of Dvds. I counted 60 for me that includes yoga also. I'm trying to get into yoga more but its hard to watch tv while doing poses.
Garance:Glad to hear shot is working for you. That ballet Los Nuenos sounds like a bad LSD trip to me ;-) The other one sounds more like something I'd like also.Have a great vacation and happy reading.~Linny~

Hi Deb and Linny and later posters--

I did the double upper body premix for Push/Pull. Tomorrow we're off to the Jersey Shore, so I won't be posting for awhile. Hope the weather is balmy there.

Deb, Jacob's Pillow was established by modern dancers Ted Shawn and Ruth St. Denis in the 1920s as a school of dance and a performance place for what was then regarded as a totally new art form because it was not ballet or Broadway. Dancers like Doris Duke, Isadora Duncan and Martha Graham are some of the early figures along with Shawn and St. Denis. Every summer Jacob's Pillow chooses a series of dance troupes from everywhere--Europe, Australia, S. America, Africa, etc.--and I get together with my dance buddies and we choose 5 Saturday matinees for the season. It's a beautiful in-the-woods setting in Becket MA, which is just past Lee. It's also not far from Tanglewood. They still have a dance school there and there are a lot of free performances in this outside theater in additon to the two indoor theaters.

Linny, how wonderful to be hive-free after exercise. Maybe you are in remission.

Have a great week everyone!

Happy Monday, All,

Yesterday I did a Leslie Sansone walking tape, then Classical Stretch: 30-Minute Workouts. This DVD has 3 30-minute sessions. I did the one titled Poolside Garden. I love this woman! Beautiful music, gorgeous scenery, and she has me stretching in ways I never considered before. I felt great afterward.

Linny, I'm so happy you didn't have to deal with hives - keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Garance, have a wonderful vacation!

Tonight, I'm doing Step, Jump, and Pump.

Have a wonderful day,
Jen
