Good Morning!

Well it's the start of another week in the cool days of autumn! Today was cardio, back to the I-Treads. I also did Abs Of Steel (Tammy Lee Web).

Today's Menu:
Post Workout: protein drink with ice & water
B: Special K with strawberries and skim milk ( thanks Linny!)
S: cottage cheese w/applesauce
L: Ham on WW roll, grapes, skim milk
S: apple & stringster
D: Hunan Chicken
S: WW choc ice cream bar

Yesterday I went to see my new great nephew.. my nieces first baby. So cute!

Can we talk about hair styles? what does everyone do with their hair? I have a shoulder length layered cut, which is not behaving like it used to.x( . My hair is naturally wavy, and of course I want it poker straight! Isn't that always the way? I am looking for a layered bob that takes advantage of wave, so I don;t have to flat iron my hair.. ( even though I only do this twice a week).. what do you do? p.s I am wondering if 54 is too old to have hair this length but I don;t like my hair short!)

Have a great day!

Deb

Good Morning Deb and those to follow:
Deb: I still need to download a I-Train, I did get the cd-r but haven't done them yet. Your menu sounds good for the day(especially the SpecK):) I'm almost 51 and my hair is longer than shoulder and I had a perm about 2 months ago. My hair is very fine and has no body so I need a perm. What I don't like is that its so long that the perm doesn't stay long, its layered on top so that stay for a while. I think some people can pull off length and others can't(makes them look older). You'll have to get a honest opinion from a close friend. Well I have classes all day today so I'llcheck i n later.Hi Garance(Since you love the name I'll continue)Hi Jen and Josie~Linny~

Hi Deb and Linny and later posters--

I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp this morning. I woke up with an achy right leg and immediately took some ibuprofen. Must have been the way I slept.

My hair is very fine, and I wear it up to keep it from flying away. I wash and set it every morning. I also have blonde highlights every 2.5 months to try to give it some body, but I don't think it really works. It just looks nicer. Only a couple grey hairs so far. I have never had a successful perm. The stuff is just too strong for my delicate hair and the 2X I have been permed were frizzy disasters.

Great dinner last night, and I did exert some control over my portions, so I don't think I will gain. Crossing my fingers.
